Terms of use

By using Lot and Gate you accept these terms. They are short because the site does one thing: it publishes information. It does not sell anything, hold your money or carry you anywhere.

Information, not advice or booking

Everything here is published for general information. Lot and Gate is not a travel agency, a tour operator, a transportation provider or a parking operator, and it is not affiliated with any port authority, airport, transit agency or cruise line. Nothing on this site creates a booking, a reservation or an entitlement to a service.

Figures change, and the issuer is the authority

Every rate, schedule, distance and terminal assignment here is reported from the organization that publishes it, with the month we verified it. Those organizations change their figures without notice, and they, not this site, are the authority on their own services.

Check the issuer’s own page before you travel, and especially before you rely on a figure to catch a ship or a flight. We work to keep the site accurate and we re-check rate tables quarterly, but we do not warrant that any figure is current, complete or correct at the moment you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lot and Gate is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here. That includes missed sailings, missed flights, tolls, parking charges and any cost of alternative transportation. Decisions about your own trip, and the risk that comes with them, remain yours.

Third party sites

We link to the sites of issuing authorities and, in some cases, to providers through affiliate links. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, their prices or their handling of your data. Once you follow a link, that site’s terms and privacy policy apply. See the affiliate disclosure for the commercial relationships involved.

Use of our content

The text, tables, images and original calculations on this site belong to Lot and Gate. You may quote a passage or a figure with attribution and a link to the page it came from. Republishing whole articles, or reproducing the comparison tables in bulk, requires written permission.

The underlying facts belong to nobody: a parking rate published by a port authority is that authority’s to state, and we encourage you to cite the issuer directly. If you quote a figure from here, carry its issuer and verification month with it, because the number means little without them.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies. Last updated: August 2026. Questions go to [email protected].
