Orlando Airport Parking Rates: Every Product, and Two Prices for One Garage

Orlando International Airport publishes a rate for every parking product it runs, and two rates for one garage

Parking at Orlando International Airport runs from free at the two cell phone waiting areas to $35 per 24-hour period at valet, with $14, $20 and $24 tiers in between. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority publishes each figure on the product’s own page, and publishes two of them for Parking Garage C.

The spread between the cheapest paid space and the most expensive is $21 a day for the same car at the same airport. Over a seven night trip that is $98 at an economy lot against $245 at valet. The choice turns on three things the rate alone does not show: what the barrier accepts as payment, how tall the vehicle is, and how many minutes of grace come before the first charge.

MCO sells fifteen parking products and prices thirteen of them. Those prices are never set out side by side. The index page at flymco.com/parking-information/ names all fifteen and carries exactly one rate, and that rate is the one another page contradicts. Everything below was read in September 2026 from the page the airport devotes to each product. The premises stay fixed throughout: one standard car under 7 feet 0 inches, arriving at the barrier without a reservation.

The $32 that sits directly above the $24 on the Parking Garage C page

Open flymco.com/parking-information/parking-garage-c/ and the first block on the page is a reservation panel headed Guarantee your parking space. It reads: Reservations available for Parking Garage C. COST: $32 per 24-hour period. (maximum stay 45 days). Scroll past it to the rate table for the same garage and the last line of the cost row reads: then $24 per 24-hour period (maximum stay 45 days). Same page, same garage, same 45 day ceiling, two prices.

The $32 also opens the parking index at flymco.com/parking-information/, where it is the only rate on a page that otherwise just names the products. The $24 appears in the rate table of four separate pages: Terminal Top, Parking Garage A, Parking Garage B and Parking Garage C.

Orlando International Airport labels neither figure. The rate table is not marked drive-up and the banner is not marked as a premium, so a driver holding both numbers has nothing from the issuer that says which one applies. One line elsewhere on the index does treat them as separate goods: the clause granting free parking to Disabled Veterans with a DV License Plate says it does not apply to surface lots, valet parking, or reserved parking. Reserved parking is a category at MCO, and the $32 is the only price attached to it.

What the airport has not published is a sentence reconciling the two. Both are cited here with the page they came from, and neither is corrected against the other. Over a seven night trip the gap is $56, which is more than a full extra day in the same garage.

Four covered garages at $24, and the six hour point where the day is already full

Terminal Top, Parking Garage A, Parking Garage B and Parking Garage C carry an identical cost row. Twenty minutes of grace, then $2 for 21 to 30 minutes, then $1 for each additional 15 minutes from the time of entry up to a maximum of $24, then $24 per 24-hour period, with a maximum stay of 45 days.

Run those steps out and the ceiling arrives early. Climbing from $2 at the 30 minute mark to the $24 maximum takes 22 more dollars, which is 22 blocks of 15 minutes, or five and a half hours. A car that enters an MCO garage has spent its entire daily maximum after six hours, and the following 18 hours cost nothing extra. That arithmetic is not on the page; the steps that produce it are.

All four take cash, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, E-PASS and SunPass Plus. All four refuse a vehicle higher than 7 feet 0 inches, describe most spaces as covered, and name the Orlando Police Department, Airport Division, as patrol. What separates them is the walk. Terminal Top, Garage A and Garage B put Terminal A and Terminal B within walking distance and reach Terminal C by a 4-minute Terminal Link ride, which the airport’s FAQ completes with about 1,200 feet on foot through Parking Garage C. Parking Garage C reverses it, sitting beside Terminal C with the same 4-minute ride back to A and B. Its cruise transfers page puts the drive to the coast at 42 miles, the same road a car covers on the Orlando airport to Port Canaveral run.

Three of the four publish an electric vehicle charging location. Parking Garage A puts it on Level 2, Row A; Parking Garage B on Level 2, Row P; Parking Garage C on Level 3, Rows 59 to 62, and Level 5, Rows 59, 60 and 62. Terminal Top publishes none, and instead names its levels after birds, from 10 Eagles down to 4 Wading Birds. Garage A runs 4 Turtles down to R1 Alligators, Garage B runs 4 Deer down to R1 Tropical Fish.

Three surface lots at $20 that will not take a credit card

Surface Lot Atlantis, Surface Lot Discovery and Surface Lot Endeavour share an address at 10168 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, a rate of $20 per 24-hour period, a 45 day maximum and a walk to Terminal C through the Train Station. That is $4 a day below the garages, or $28 across a seven night trip.

The saving carries a condition printed on all three pages. Payment is E-PASS, SunPass Plus (SunPass with Easy Pay) only, and a transponder must be used to enter and exit the lot. No cash, no card, no fallback published. A visitor in a rental car without a Florida transponder cannot use the cheapest paved parking at MCO at all, while the garages and economy lots beside it accept five payment methods.

The second condition is a calendar. The Surface Lot Atlantis page carries a notice saying the lot will be closed beginning July 20 and will remain closed through mid-November, and that afterwards it may be subject to intermittent short-term closures. No such notice appears on Surface Lot Discovery or Surface Lot Endeavour. Spaces at all three are described as not covered, which is the trade against the garage roof that $4 a day buys.

The surface lots also skip the hourly ladder entirely. Grace runs 10 minutes, then the charge is the full $20 per 24-hour period with nothing in between. At the 11 minute mark a surface lot bills $20 while Parking Garage C, a walk away, is still inside its 20 minute grace and bills nothing.

Three economy lots at $14, and the numbered shuttle space each one uses

North Park Place, South Park Place and West Park Economy Lot all charge $5 for 11 minutes to 3 hours, then $14 per 24-hour period, with a maximum stay of 90 days. All three run a free shuttle operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, all three are fenced and uncovered, all three offer accessible shuttle service, and none of them requires a reservation. The cheaper product is also the one MCO allows to be occupied twice as long as any garage.

They are not interchangeable, because each serves a different pair of terminals from a different numbered space.

West Park Economy Lot8202 Tradeport DriveTerminal A and Terminal CTerminal A space A16, Terminal C space C-285Cash, four card brands only

Two of those numbers sit one digit apart at the same curb. Terminal C Ground Transportation on Level 1 holds space C286 for the South Park Place shuttle and space C-285 for the West Park shuttle, and the two lots are on opposite sides of the airport, one on S. Jeff Fuqua Blvd and one off SR 528 at Tradeport Drive. Boarding at the wrong number returns a passenger to the wrong lot.

West Park is also the only one of the three whose payment line stops at cash and cards. Orlando International Airport lists Cash, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa for it and adds E-PASS and SunPass Plus for the other two. That is the reverse of what the directions imply: West Park is the lot reached by exiting SR 528, the toll road where a transponder is most likely already on the windshield.

What $35 buys at the two valet counters at Orlando International Airport

Valet Parking and Hyatt Valet Parking share a cost row to the dollar: $4 for the first 20 minutes, then $1 for each additional 20 minutes up to a maximum of 3 hours, then $35 per 24-hour period. Both take Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa, neither lists cash, and both describe all spaces as covered.

Two things separate them. Valet Parking is accessed from the Terminal A, Terminal B and Terminal C departure curbs, opens from 6:00am to 11:00pm, and allows a maximum stay of 45 days. Hyatt Valet Parking is accessed from the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, publishes no closing hour, and allows 60 days, the longest maximum stay MCO publishes outside the economy lots. Hyatt Valet Parking sells car detailing on top, at an additional fee of $50 and up for cars, $65 and up for SUVs and $75 and up for trucks.

The cheapest fully covered space at the terminal is not an airport product. Hotel Guest Parking is priced at $19 per night self-parked or $28 per night valet parked, charged directly to the room, and is open only to registered guests at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, a private hotel the airport names on its own parking pages. At $19 it lands $5 below the garage day and $16 below valet, and it is the only MCO rate quoted per night instead of per 24-hour period. According to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Park, Stay and Go packages are available and include parking for the duration of the trip.

What the same stop costs at each MCO product, from 15 minutes to seven nights

Nobody at the airport puts these four columns together, because each product lives on its own page with its own cost row. The figures below are the published steps applied to four fixed durations, with the arithmetic shown rather than assumed.

Under 20 minutes the garages win outright, at zero, because they are the only products at MCO with a grace period long enough to cover a bag drop and a walk back. At three hours the economy lots win at $5, less than half the $12 the garage steps reach by then, and the price of that win is a shuttle ride in each direction. At 24 hours and beyond the economy lots win again at $14, and the margin only widens.

Surface Lot Discovery and Surface Lot Endeavour win exactly one scenario: a stay of six hours or longer, by a driver who already carries an E-PASS or SunPass Plus transponder and prefers walking to Terminal C through the Train Station over waiting for a shuttle. Outside that case $20 buys less than $14 does, and the transponder rule disqualifies most rental cars before the price is even compared.

Valet never wins on price. According to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, whose product pages were read in September 2026, it is the only option reached from the departure level of all three terminals without a shuttle or a walk. The airport closes it at 11:00pm, which rules it out for exactly the late arrival that would pay $35 to avoid a walk.

Details on the MCO parking pages that the rate alone does not carry

  • Disabled Veterans with a vehicle displaying a DV License Plate park free in the parking garages and the economy lots, and the same clause excludes surface lots, valet parking and reserved parking. The waiver is worth $24 a day in a garage and nothing at all in a $20 surface lot.
  • Section 316.1964 of the Florida Statutes covers vehicles with specialized equipment such as ramps, lifts, or foot or hand controls, and vehicles displaying the State of Florida Toll Exemption Permit. MCO cites the statute number itself on the parking index rather than paraphrasing it.
  • Accessible spaces sit near the elevator shafts on each level of Terminal Top and on all levels of Parking Garage A and Parking Garage B, but in Parking Garage C the airport publishes them on levels 3 and 5 only.
  • E-PASS and SunPass Plus drivers enter the garages through specially marked lanes and take no parking ticket at all; the fee comes off the account at exit and the airport states that no additional fees will be charged. It lists E-PASS on 407-82E-PASS and SunPass on 1-888-TOLL-FLA for account questions.
  • Both cell phone waiting areas have restrooms, bar commercial and unattended vehicles, and forbid leaving a vehicle overnight. The North area at 8730 Jeff Fuqua Blvd N is less than 1 mile from Terminal A but 2.5 miles from Terminal C; the South area at 10546 Jeff Fuqua Blvd S is 0.5 mile from the Train Station and 2.4 miles from Terminal A. Picking the wrong one adds most of the airport to the drive.
  • The Orlando Police Department, Airport Division, appears in the conditions block of all thirteen priced product pages and on neither of the two free cell phone areas.
  • For a cruise week the airport lists five transfer operators on the 42 mile route to Port Canaveral: Busy Traveler Transportation, Cocoa Beach Shuttle, Go Port, Mears Destination Services and Sunward Tours. Weighing an MCO daily rate against what the port charges to leave the car there instead is a different set of numbers, and so is the free shuttle some cruise fares already include.

Five assumptions about Orlando airport parking that the rate pages contradict

That booking ahead saves money. At Parking Garage C the reservation banner sits $8 a day above the rate table on the same page, which is $56 across a week. Whatever the $32 buys, Orlando International Airport prices it above the walk-up figure, not below it.

That the cheaper lot is the more flexible one. The $20 surface lots accept a transponder and nothing else, and one of the three, Surface Lot Atlantis, is closed from July 20 through mid-November with intermittent closures signalled after that.

That a short stop is cheap anywhere. Eleven minutes costs $20 in a surface lot and nothing in a garage. The grace period, not the daily rate, decides every stay under half an hour at MCO.

That economy means one lot. It means three, with three terminal pairings, three pick-up spaces and two different payment lists. A driver who reads the $14 and heads for the nearest economy sign can end up on a shuttle to a terminal that is not theirs.

That the height limit only concerns trucks. The rule is written as a measurement, not a vehicle class: vehicles higher than 7 feet 0 inches cannot be accommodated at Terminal Top or in any of the three garages. It names exactly one destination for anything above that height, or up to 25 feet (7.6 meters) in length, the South Park Place parking lot, and it names it on the index page rather than on any page of a garage that turns the vehicle away. No commercial vehicles are permitted at all.

Which page carries each figure above, and when it was read

Every rate here was read in September 2026 from flymco.com, the site the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority operates for Orlando International Airport, and from the page belonging to each product: the parking index, the four garage and Terminal Top pages, the three surface lot pages, the three economy lot pages, the two valet pages, the hotel guest page, the two cell phone area pages, and the cruise transfers page for the 42 mile figure. The $24 and the $32 were read on the same page on the same day, and both appear above with the address that carries them.

The figures in this guide were verified in September 2026 against the sources named in each section. Parking rates usually change in January, shuttle fares and cruise line transfer prices change by season, and ship schedules change weekly; check the issuer’s page before you travel. No provider paid for placement here, and none can pay to appear. Where a booking link earns Lot and Gate a commission it is marked as sponsored and flagged in this line, and as of September 2026 no affiliate link is live anywhere on this site.

What drivers ask about MCO parking rates, ceilings and shuttle spaces

The answers below use the same September 2026 readings as the tables above, including the $24 and the $32 that Parking Garage C carries on one page and the 7 feet 0 inches ceiling shared by all four garages.

How much does it cost to park at Orlando International Airport?

Rates run from free at the two cell phone waiting areas to $35 per 24-hour period at valet. The economy lots charge $14, the three surface lots charge $20, and Terminal Top and the three garages charge $24. A reserved space in Parking Garage C is listed separately at $32.

Why does MCO show both $24 and $32 for Parking Garage C?

Both figures appear on the Parking Garage C page. The reservation panel at the top reads $32 per 24-hour period and the cost row below it ends on $24 per 24-hour period, with a 45 day maximum on each. Neither figure is labelled, and nothing on the site reconciles them.

Which parking lot is cheapest at Orlando airport?

North Park Place, South Park Place and West Park Economy Lot all charge $14 per 24-hour period, the lowest paid rate MCO publishes. All three are fenced and uncovered, run a free shuttle 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, and allow a maximum stay of 90 days without a reservation.

Can you pay cash at the MCO surface lots?

No. Payment at Surface Lot Atlantis, Surface Lot Discovery and Surface Lot Endeavour is E-PASS or SunPass Plus only, and the airport states that a transponder must be used to enter and exit the lot. A driver without one pays $24 in a garage rather than $20 on the surface.

How tall can a vehicle be in the Orlando airport garages?

Terminal Top, Parking Garage A, Parking Garage B and Parking Garage C all state that vehicles higher than 7 feet 0 inches cannot be accommodated. Anything above that height, or up to 25 feet in length, is sent to the South Park Place parking lot, and no commercial vehicles are permitted anywhere.

Where does the West Park Economy Lot shuttle pick up at MCO?

At Terminal A, Level 1 Ground Transportation, in space A16, and at Terminal C, Level 1 Ground Transportation, in space C-285. The neighbouring space C286 at Terminal C belongs to the South Park Place shuttle, which returns to a different lot on the opposite side of the airport.

A ladder the airport publishes one rung at a time

Fifteen products, six price points and one contradiction. An MCO parking rate is hard to quote correctly because Orlando International Airport never prints the ladder in one place. It prints one rung per page, and the index that should hold them together carries a single figure, $32, which happens to be the figure another of its own pages disagrees with.

The consequence is narrow and specific. A driver who reads only the index budgets $224 for a week in Parking Garage C. The same driver who opens the garage page budgets $168. Neither number is invented, and both came from the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority in September 2026.

Two prices, one garage, one issuer. Only the barrier settles which one a week actually costs.
